 Rewards1 General FAQS

How do I earn points?

Members earn points by completing offers provided by various merchants under the "Offers" menu section.

To complete an offer:

  1. Browse to the Active Offers section of our website under "Offers".
  2. Click an offer – a new window will open with the offer and instructions to follow to complete that offer.
  3. After successfully completing the offer, your account should be credited (typically) within minutes.

Is there a limit to how many points you can get per day?

There is no limit. The more offers you complete, the more points you earn!

Secured points are points that have been earned and verified by the sponsors.  Most offers are verified Net30, meaning at the end of the following month.  Points that are converted from cash or transferred to you are automatically considered secured points.

Secured cash is cash that has been earned and verified by the sponsors.  Most offers are verified Net30, meaning at the end of the following month.

You may request your cash earnings to be paid out either by PayPal or cheque, but points earned from completing offers can only be used for requesting rewards.

Yes, go to the 'Cash-to-Points Converter' under 'Account' and select that amount you wish to convert into points. Please keep in mind this is a PERMANENT conversion.

Unfortunately, no. Converting the points you earn from offers to cash would violate the terms and conditions set forth by our sponsors.

No. However, this is often a good way to generate referrals.

You or your referral may have gotten a reversal on a completed offer.

Reversals are sent to us from the sponsors of the offers. They will send us reversals when they are unhappy with the content of the offers. This may be due to missing or fraudulent information, multiple attempts on the same offers from the same computer. You can also receive reversals (for credit card offers) for cancelling an order or for cancelling a subscription too early.

Reversals will remove your earned points/cash for the offer and temporarily place restrictions on your account.

Accounts that have received a reversal will be placed on a 30 day probational period, where only secured points may be used to request rewards. The 30 day probational period starts on the day the reversal was received.
